The attacker has scored five finishes in ten domestic competition outings this season.
Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr has expressed regret to the fanbase for his conduct when replaced in Sunday's fiery match against Barcelona triumph.
The Brazilian was replaced in the 72nd minute and showed his frustration by going straight down the tunnel.
He eventually reappeared to the dugout and, following his team's 2-1 victory, tried to confront Barça's Lamine Yamal during unsavoury final whistle exchanges.
"Now I want to say sorry to all the supporters for my reaction when I was taken off in the big match," Vinicius shared on X.
"Just as I have said in person during today's training, I would like to say sorry once more to my team-mates, the club, and the leadership.
"At times emotion gets the better of me because I constantly desire to win and help my team. My winning mentality originates in the passion I feel for this institution and all it stands for."
Vinicius signed for Madrid from Flamengo in the year 2018 for millions and has scored 111 goals in numerous matches.
But his career in the La Liga is unclear with speculation in the past few months stating that Real would think about letting the 25-year-old move on if they got a good proposal.
When the winger was replaced on the match day, TV coverage from coverage provider Dazn captured him remarking: "Always me! I'm departing the side! It's preferable if I depart, I'm going."
In his new statement on X, the athlete commented: "I vow to keep fighting every second for the good of Real Madrid, as I have acted since the first day."
